School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Francisco, California

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, though clinical fellows will be considered
- Experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Ability to administer assessments, document progress, and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educational teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to assess speech, language, and communication needs in accordance with IEP requirements
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student success
- Provide direct and consultative services tailored to student goals
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of services rendered and student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate strategies into classroom and home settings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
