Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultative services to students with communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations.
- Support students across a broad caseload encompassing early childhood to transition stages.
- For Clinical Fellows (CF), supervision will be provided at specific buildings.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist issued by California's Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA).
- Professional or clear Speech Services Credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience or interest in serving diverse, multilingual student populations; bilingual fluency is highly desirable.
- Candidates with Clinical Fellow status will be considered if supervision conditions are met.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
