Job Overview – What You’ll Do:

  • Work within a school-based setting to assess and treat speech and language disorders

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students individually or in small groups

  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support academic success

  • Document student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications & Certifications (California Requirements):

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board

  • California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in Speech-Language Pathology or Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants are welcome to apply
