About the Role
Are you a California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills—without commuting? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate SLP to deliver virtual speech and language services to K–12 students throughout California. This fully remote position allows you to provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams statewide.
What You’ll Do

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs and academic goals

Deliver engaging, research-based teletherapy sessions through secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school personnel to monitor and support student progress

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of evaluations, therapy services, and outcomes
What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (SLPAHADB)

California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) authorization for school-based SLPs (Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential), or eligibility
