Job Description:
Soliant is actively seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based position in California for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate SLPs who want to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives while working in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy and intervention services to a diverse student population (K-12)

Conduct speech/language assessments and evaluations
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CFs are encouraged to apply

Previous school-based experience is a plus
