A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in New Braunfels, TX, serving an elementary school caseload for the current school year. This contract position offers both full-time and part-time openings, with a preference for candidates holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) fluent in English and Spanish will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services within an elementary or middle school environment
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in school-aged children
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong commitment to working in a school setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
