Speech and Language Pathologist in Seguin, TX

This position offers the opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services within K-12 educational settings in the San Antonio, TX area. The role involves working directly in schools to support students’ communication and language development across a range of grade levels.
There are two openings available: one part-time, beginning as soon as possible with flexible hours at 0.5 FTE, supporting an elementary campus (grades 1-5), and one full-time position starting January 6, 2026, serving two secondary campuses (grades 6-12). Both roles require a valid professional license in speech-language pathology and a passion for working with students in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to students in K-12 classrooms
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective communication plans
- Complete assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation according to school and state guidelines
- Support students’ language, articulation, voice, fluency, and social communication goals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings (K-12)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a school team
- Commitment to student growth and development
Location: On-site work in San Antonio, TX schools
Schedule: Part-time (approx. 20 hours per week) or full-time (approx. 40 hours per week) depending on the position
