ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in San Anselmo, CA. This assignment offers strong weekly pay, professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.
About the Role:
This position allows flexibility to work with elementary, middle, or high school students depending on your preference and skill set. You’ll collaborate with a team of educators and specialists to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments.

Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with student IEPs.

Provide direct and consultative services to students and staff.
-
Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings.
Compensation & Benefits:

Weekly Pay: $2,200–$2,800 (based on experience and availability to start ASAP). Candidates able to start within 1–2 weeks will be considered for the higher end of the range.

$500–$1,000 Sign-On Bonus available for qualifying travelers.

Tax-Free Stipends for eligible travelers covering housing, meals, and incidentals.

Traveler Information:
To qualify for travel benefits, applicants must:

Live more than 50 miles from San Anselmo.

Maintain duplicating expenses (housing at home and near the assignment — friends’ or family housing is accepted).

Virtual Interview Process:
All interviews are conducted virtually with camera on to ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent hiring process.
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active CA SLP license (or willingness to obtain).

CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.
