Full-Time SLP or SLPA Opportunity with Ross Valley School District
Location: San Anselmo, CA
Contract Period: August 19, 2025 – June 11, 2026
ProCare Therapy invites qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to apply for a full-time school-based role serving the Ross Valley School District. This rewarding position allows you to provide essential speech and language services in a collaborative educational environment.
Position Details:

7.5 hours/day, 5 days/week, full-time contract

Caseload size of about 50–55 students

Split placement between:
-
0.8 FTE at White Hill Middle School
-
0.2 FTE at Hidden Valley Elementary School
Start date: August 19, 2025; end date: June 11, 2026
Responsibilities:
-
Provide speech-language therapy services aligned with students’ IEPs
-
Conduct speech and language evaluations (SLP only)
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel
-
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records
-
Serve students with various speech and communication disorders
-
Travel between two school locations
Qualifications:
-
Active California license for SLP or SLPA
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs; appropriate certification for SLPAs

School-based experience preferred but not required
-
Strong communication skills and flexibility

Available to begin work on August 19, 2025
