Overview
ProCare Therapy is partnering with the Issaquah School District to fill a long-term contract opening for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This is a full-time, onsite role serving a secondary caseload, and will extend through the end of the 2025–2026 school year.
We’re looking for a clinician who’s confident in their ability to step into an existing program, provide immediate value, and thrive in a collaborative school setting. If you have school-based experience and are ready for a meaningful assignment in a highly regarded district, this could be a great fit.
Key Duties

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student eligibility and needs

Write clear, compliant evaluation reports and contribute to the development of IEPs

Consult with educators, specialists, and families to align services with academic goals

Maintain documentation and service logs in accordance with district and state standards

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support case management as needed
Qualifications

Valid Washington State SLP license (Department of Health)

Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification

Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

Proficiency with assessments, therapy planning, and IEP documentation

Strong collaboration and time management skills

Ability to manage a caseload independently within a school-based team structure

This position is intended to cover an extended leave

Full-time hours (1.0 FTE), Monday through Friday

Entire contract runs through June 17, 2026, with possible extension based on district needs
