Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold an active Utah SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status required
- Experience or enthusiasm for pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organized, adaptable, and motivated to create positive student outcomes
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school-based pediatric caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and ongoing support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per district and regulatory requirements
- Offer consultative assistance and resources to staff and caregivers
