Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in middle school-aged students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school staff and families.
  • Provide teletherapy services as needed alongside onsite therapy.
  • Collaborate with educational professionals, including support personnel and administration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a current California SLP license.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in middle school settings.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and delivery methods.

  • Child abuse clearance and fingerprinting compliance as per district policy.
