This full-time position guarantees 37.5 hours per week, with an immediate start available and contract extending through June 6, 2026. We also offer flexible, shorter contract options to accommodate your individual needs.

This role is specifically designed for recent graduates embarking on their Clinical Fellowship Year who want to develop their skills in a school-based setting with comprehensive supervision from experienced professionals. You’ll be guided and mentored throughout your CFY year by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists committed to helping you transition smoothly from student to skilled clinician.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Clinical Fellow, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality speech and language services to elementary students. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Performing detailed speech and language evaluations using a variety of standardized and informal assessment tools

• Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) with measurable goals that address each student’s unique needs

• Providing targeted, evidence-based therapy sessions both one-on-one and in small groups

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting student progress data regularly to inform instructional decisions

• Collaborating with teachers, special education teams, families, and related service providers to support student communication needs within the classroom and school community

• Participating actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to advocate for your students

• Ensuring compliance with all district, state, and federal regulations regarding therapy documentation and reporting

• Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and self-advocacy

• A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Eligibility for or possession of a California Speech-Language Pathology license
