ProCare Therapy is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join school districts across Oregon for the 2025–2026 academic year. These positions are ideal for OTs who are passionate about helping students improve fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills to support their success in both academic and daily life activities.
Position Highlights

Start Date: August 2025

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week

Setting: Onsite in public and charter schools

Student Population: PreK–12, based on license and experience

Employment Type: W2 contract through ProCare Therapy
Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct functional evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student participation in classroom and daily routines
-
Promote development of fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive skills
-
Ensure compliance with Oregon Department of Education and federal IDEA regulations
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Active Oregon OT license
-
NBCOT certification
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
