Speech Language Pathology Position | Salem, Oregon
Preschool Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Support Ages 3–5 in Salem & McMinnville, OR
Are you passionate about building communication skills in young learners? A school-based program in the Salem and McMinnville areas is seeking four full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person services to preschool-aged children (ages 3–5) during the 2025–2026 school year.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide speech and language therapy to children ages 3–5
-
Deliver direct, in-person services in early childhood classrooms and community settings
-
Collaborate with early childhood educators, specialists, and families
-
Conduct evaluations, develop IFSP/IEP goals, and track progress
-
Support children with a range of communication needs, including language delays, articulation, and social communication
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to district and state guidelines
-
Participate in IFSP/IEP meetings and contribute to team-based service planning

190-day contract: August 22, 2025 – June 12, 2026

Approximate hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What You’ll Bring:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Oregon SLP license
-
Experience working with preschool or early childhood populations preferred

Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and documentation

Passion for early intervention and making a difference in young children’s lives
