Schedule: Full-time, during standard school hours

Contract: Current school year, with potential renewal based on performance
Qualifications – Oregon Requirements:
Candidates must meet all local and state requirements, including:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (BSPA) license
-
Oregon Teaching License with Communication Disorders endorsement from the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) for school-based roles
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates may be considered
-
Experience working in a K–12 school setting is preferred
-
Ability to pass required background checks and district onboarding procedures
Typical Responsibilities:
-
Evaluate and diagnose communication and language disorders
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
-
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
-
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
