Pediatric SLP in Salem, IL
This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician, or those interested in travel positions, serving in an educational setting in Salem, IL. Two positions are available: one supporting students in grades 4 through 8, and the other working with early childhood, kindergarten, and 1st-grade students.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations within school environments. You will collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and implement evidence-based therapy strategies tailored to students' unique needs. Monitoring student progress and adapting treatment plans to support academic and social success is a key part of the role.
Qualified candidates will hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or be engaged in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
