This contract position runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026, with two full-time SLP roles available. Caseloads serve students primarily in Pre-Kindergarten programs across multiple exceptional student education (ESE) categories, including intensive needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) units, and integrated classrooms. A focus on individualized intervention and collaboration with school teams to support students’ language and communication development is essential.
Qualifications:
- Florida SLP license required; candidates with a Master’s degree preferred, but Bachelor’s degree holders will be considered
- Must hold or be eligible for licensure in Florida
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates accepted; Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will not be considered
- Experience working with children ages 3–5 in educational settings highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct intervention services to students with speech and language impairments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and state guidelines
