Travel School Speech Pathology | Saint Paul, Minnesota
This position offers an opportunity to provide speech-language support in a middle school setting within the Saint Paul, MN area. This is a travel assignment covering maternity leave, starting September 8 and continuing through early December 2026. The role involves working approximately 0.5 FTE, which equates to about 18 hours per week during standard school hours from 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM. Scheduling is flexible, with options including half days Monday through Friday or a combination of two full days and one half day.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Valid Minnesota license as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) or SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant)
- Accepting candidates at various levels including SLP Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPAs, with district supervision provided for CFs
- Experience in school-based speech and language services preferred
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule as needed for maternity leave coverage
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to middle school students
- Collaborate with school staff to support student communication needs
- Maintain documentation and comply with district policies
- Participate in meetings and planning related to student progress
