- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently while delivering high-quality therapy services onsite
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse elementary caseload
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized plans based on students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support holistic student development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district policies
- Participate in student evaluations, eligibility meetings, and IEP development
