Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services in a dynamic K-12 school setting located in Saint Paul, MN. This temporary contract position covers multiple maternity leaves, offering the opportunity to deliver impactful therapy services within elementary and middle school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite speech-language pathology services across multiple schools, including elementary and middle school settings.
  • Manage a caseload focused solely on therapy services (no evaluations), utilizing a 3:1 service delivery model—three weeks of direct service followed by one week of indirect service.
  • Serve students with diverse needs, including those in general education and Setting III CDC classrooms.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communicate progress regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP licensure suitable for school-based services.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience or interest in working with a typical elementary caseload as well as students requiring more specialized support.
  • Ability to commit to varying start and end dates aligned with maternity leave coverage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Schedule & Location:

  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Service delivery scheduled across multiple sites including elementary and middle schools within the district.
  • Flexible start and end dates dependent on maternity leave schedules.
