Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Saint Paul, Minnesota

A dedicated professional is needed to provide Speech-Language Pathology services at an elementary school in Saint Paul, MN. This contract role, spanning the current school year with an ASAP start and an end of the school year, offers approximately 18 hours per week to support a caseload of 30 students with mild to severe disabilities. Services will be delivered onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and district requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus, though services will be onsite
- Ability to work effectively with students with a range of disabilities, mild to severe
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for collaboration with school staff and families
