Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language pathology services aligned with established educational goals
  • Implement individualized therapy plans for students in elementary schools
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress
  • Track student performance and update documentation in compliance with state standards
  • Adhere to caseload schedules ranging between 0.6 to 1.0 full-time equivalent positions, with partial virtual flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC preferred)
  • Tier 3 or 4 Minnesota Education Certification for school-based practice
  • Experience working within public school settings, particularly with elementary-aged students
  • Ability to manage caseloads with varying virtual and in-person components
  • Candidates eligible to work in Minnesota and compliance with state work hour regulations for virtual placements

Contract Details:

  • Duration varies by caseload: December 15 to March 23, January 5 to end of May, and January 28 to March 16
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Locations include elementary schools in Brooklyn Center, Coon Rapids, and Blaine, MN
  • Both virtual and in-person assignments available; virtual candidates must not exceed 40 hours/week in MN
