A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students from kindergarten through fifth grade. This role involves working within an elementary school environment in Saint Paul, MN, covering a leave of absence from January 5th through June 5th.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 40-45 students
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification suitable for a school environment
- Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5) in a school setting
- Ability to manage a full caseload and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Position Details:
- Location: Saint Paul, MN
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 40 hours per week
- Duration: January 5th to June 5th (leave coverage)
