Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Short-Term Contract – North St. Paul, MN
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, short-term contract position in North St. Paul, MN. This is a school-based role beginning at the start of the new school year and continuing through winter break.
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable professional who is passionate about supporting students’ communication development and who can step in to make an immediate impact.
Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings for students
-
Develop and implement therapy plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support communication goals
-
Monitor progress, document services, and adjust plans as needed
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
-
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding speech services
Qualifications:
-
Must meet all Minnesota state certification and licensure requirements for Speech Language Pathology

Valid Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered

Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
