Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) duties include conducting evaluations, creating and implementing therapy sessions, and collaborating with IEP teams to promote communication skills across a diverse student population. Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teachers (DHHT) will provide direct instruction, support communication access, assist with language development, and work closely with educational teams to ensure student progress.
Florida requirements:

SLP: Master’s degree and valid Florida SLP license

DHHT: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Deaf Education and Florida educator certificate with DHH endorsement

Fingerprint and background check clearance
