School-Based SLP | Anoka, Minnesota
A position is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certified with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide support at an elementary school serving grades K-2. This role begins February 14th and continues through the end of the current school year. The position is contractual and requires onsite presence in Anoka, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to support student communication needs.
- Monitor and document student progress regularly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, specifically K-2.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school personnel and families.
