This opportunity is for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position in a school setting located in Ballwin, MO. The contract extends through the end of the 2025/2026 school year. This role is ideal for candidates with either an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred to best serve the diverse student population.
Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC certification or eligible for CFY placement
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is strongly preferred
- Experience working in school environments supporting pediatric populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and educational staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct therapy services aimed at improving students' communication abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and legal requirements
- Monitor and report student progress regularly
