Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students ranging from PreK through 12th grade.
  • Manage an estimated caseload of approximately 60 students with mild to moderate speech and language impairments.
  • Travel between assigned school sites within the district to provide itinerant therapy services.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with district and state requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and communication goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist licensure is required.
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings, preferably with mild to moderate caseloads.
  • Ability to manage an itinerant caseload effectively across multiple schools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate therapy sessions and maintain accurate records.
  • Commitment to working on-site exclusively in the Saint Augustine area.
