School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – St. Augustine, FL

Compensation Packages
We offer tailored pay structures for both local and travel professionals:
Local Candidates (St. Augustine area)

Pay Range: $38 – $42 per hour

Full-time hours aligned with the school calendar

Weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

Equivalent Pay Range: $44 – $50 per hour

Weekly Take Home: $1,342 – $1,467

Compensation structured with a lower taxable hourly base plus tax-free housing and meal stipends

Assistance with travel and relocation logistics

Responsibilities

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students

Conduct evaluations and create individualized education plans (IEPs)

Monitor student progress and document outcomes

Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams

Maintain compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and Florida educational standards
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility prior to start)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CF candidates will be considered

Familiarity with IEP development and school-based service delivery

Ability to pass required district background checks and fingerprinting
