To work as a Speech Language Pathologist in Florida, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Florida SLP license issued by the Florida Department of Health
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates will also be considered
- Experience with school-aged children and familiarity with IEP processes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel
- Ability to pass background and fingerprint checks in accordance with school district policies

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time travel-based opportunities supporting a school districts in the St. Augustine, Florida area. We are currently seeking qualified professionals based in Northeastern or Central Florida who are open to a rewarding travel assignment within the region. Eligible candidates can receive taxed and tax-free compensation to cover duplicate expenses.
Position Overview:
This is a full-time, school-based role providing speech and language services to students with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to student success across multiple school sites.
