Speech Therapist in Sacramento, CA
Located in Sacramento, CA, this full-time contract position offers an opportunity to provide skilled speech-language pathology services within a K-12 school setting for the current school year. The role focuses on supporting students with speech and language needs through comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment, and collaborative care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet student-specific goals
- Provide targeted therapy sessions addressing speech and language objectives
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation of each student's development
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
