Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a supportive school district near Sacramento, CA, seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K–12 caseload and help students strengthen their communication skills in a collaborative, student-centered environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs).

Provide direct therapy services to students with mild to moderate communication disorders.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
-
Active California Speech-Language Pathology License required.

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred (CFs welcome to apply).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team.
