Job Overview
This is a full-time, school-based travel role with a Sacramento-area district. You’ll provide direct therapy services, collaborate with families and educators, and help students reach their communication goals. What Does a Travel Contract Mean?
Travel SLP contracts are temporary assignments, typically lasting for a school semester or full academic year. Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations in alignment with district guidelines.

Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs.

Deliver therapy in individual and group settings.

Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with teachers and parents to promote communication outcomes.

Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

California SLP licensure (or eligibility prior to start).

CCC-SLP preferred; CFY applicants welcome.

School-based or pediatric experience a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
