Job Overview
We are partnering with a supportive school district in Sacramento to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position. This role offers the chance to make a direct impact on students’ success by providing high-quality speech and language services in a collaborative educational environment. The specific caseload will be discussed during the interview to ensure alignment with your expertise and preferences.
Responsibilities

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting

Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs

Maintain compliance with state and district documentation requirements
Qualifications

Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
-
Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered

Knowledge of IEP process and compliance standards

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
