Pay Range: $50 – $65 per hour (based on experience)

ProCare Therapy is looking for a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to partner with a supportive school district in Sacramento, California. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working in schools, is confident in managing IEPs and assessments, and is looking for flexibility without compromising consistency.
The Position
As an SLP with our school-based team, your primary responsibilities will include:

Administering speech/language assessments

Writing and updating IEPs

Providing direct therapy services in group and individual settings
-
Supporting students with a variety of communication needs
-
Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with staff and parents
-
Maintaining accurate records and service logs
You’ll be working with a diverse student population, potentially across multiple grade levels. Specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process and tailored to your experience and availability.
What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active California SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

School-based experience is preferred, but not required

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
