We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Sacramento. This role is ideal for a clinician focused on helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing abilities to enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs

Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed, accurate documentation

Provide education and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
-
Current California state license or eligibility to obtain licensure
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay at $65 per hour, with increases based on experience
