Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide remote services to a K–8th grade caseload for a school district in California. This is a fully virtual, full-time position that allows you to deliver high-quality speech services from the convenience of your home.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, organized clinician who thrives in a remote environment and is committed to improving student outcomes through evidence-based therapy. The selected candidate will work closely with school staff, parents, and administrators to support students with a variety of speech and language needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech-language therapy to K–8 students

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations in compliance with IEP timelines

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Monitor and document student progress and therapy outcomes

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Adapt therapy materials and sessions to meet the unique needs of each student in a remote setting

Maintain accurate and timely records in alignment with school and state requirements
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Current California SLP license (Required)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

At least one year of school-based experience preferred

Prior teletherapy experience is beneficial, but not required

Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace

Proficiency with virtual therapy tools and educational platforms
