Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based, onsite position in Round Rock, Texas for the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers the opportunity to support students’ communication, academic, and social development within a collaborative and well-supported educational environment.

Position Overview

  • Location: Round Rock, TX 78664

  • Setting: Onsite, school-based

  • Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

  • School Year: 2025–2026

  • Start Date: Beginning of the school year or based on availability

  • Caseload: Assigned based on experience and program needs

  • Contract: Full school year with potential for renewal

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay Range: $40–$50+/hour (based on experience, certification, and district budget)

  • Weekly direct deposit (W-2 employment)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

  • Provide therapy services to students individually and in small group settings

  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate, compliance-based records in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • School-based experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
