Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based, onsite position in Round Rock, Texas for the 2025–2026 school year. Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $40–$50+/hour (based on experience, certification, and district budget)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide therapy services to students individually and in small group settings

Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate, compliance-based records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications

Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

School-based experience preferred, but not required
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
