Responsibilities:

Manage caseloads of 45-55 students remotely providing speech therapy

Work closely with educators to coordinate services and student access

Adjust to changes in caseloads and student needs rapidly

Document student progress and ensure compliance with district standards

Collaborate on creative solutions to support student learning remotely
Qualifications:

Current or eligible NMRLD and PED licensure

Experience with multiple age groups and communication challenges

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
