Caseload: K–8 (Elementary, Middle, or both – final assignment pending)
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site role in Roseville, CA, for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a school district dedicated to providing high-quality speech and language services to a diverse student population.
The assigned caseload will include students in grades K–8, with final placement—whether in elementary, middle, or both—still to be confirmed. We're looking for an SLP who is adaptable, communicative, and passionate about supporting student success in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and determine eligibility for services

Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress toward IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and other service providers to support student learning and development

Attend and contribute to IEP meetings

Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will be considered with strong supervision

Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required

Must be available to begin for the 2025–2026 academic year

Must be interview-ready and fully credentialed to be considered
