About the Role:
We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students in Roseburg, Oregon and nearby communities. This school-based role focuses on helping students with communication challenges succeed in the classroom and beyond through assessment, intervention, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students from Pre-K through 12th grade in accordance with IEP goals.

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using appropriate assessment tools.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress.

  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services and progress.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

  • Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are encouraged to apply.

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
