Job Title: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist – K-12 Schools

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized therapy plans tailored to students' unique needs
• Deliver dynamic and engaging therapy sessions using innovative teletherapy tools
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to address student needs and foster success
• Track student progress and adjust treatment plans to align with evolving goals
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active licensure in the state(s) you plan to serve; ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Licensure in both your home state and the state of service is required for remote providers
• Previous experience working with school-aged children and familiarity with virtual service delivery
• Must carry professional liability insurance
• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
Compensation
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position
• Compensation includes payment for both direct therapy hours and indirect hours (documentation, planning, collaboration, etc.)
