Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- SLP, SLP - CCC credentials, with school-based SLP experience preferred
- Comfortable handling the full spectrum of elementary (TK-5th grade) speech therapy services
- Proficient in direct therapy, conducting assessments/evaluations, and managing IEPs
- California CTC credential is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development as part of an energetic onsite team
