Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads up to 60 students
- Comfort and skill in supporting diverse needs, from general education to mod/severe
- Commitment to onsite service, collaborating alongside educators and families
What You’ll Do:
- Provide assessments, intervention, and therapy to students in both elementary and high school settings (grades TK–5 and 9–12)
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success
- Foster inclusive communication environments tailored to each child’s needs
- Maintain accurate records and participate in school team meetings
- Serve at Rosamond Elementary School and Rosamond High Early College Campus
