Position Details
- Location: Chattanooga, TN area
- Assignment Type: Travel position for out-of-state professionals
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Period: Through May 21, 2026
- Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) | On-site | Monday-Friday
- Campus Assignment: 1-3 school campuses (varies by assignment)
- Student Focus: Elementary school age groups
What You'll Do
Direct Student Services
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary school age students
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged children
Collaboration & Documentation
- Participate in meetings including IEPs and educational planning sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state regulations
Multi-Campus Responsibilities
- Serve caseloads across 1-3 assigned school campuses (varies by assignment)
- Travel between assigned campuses as needed for service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Speech Language Pathology License (required) OR active state license to transfer
- Active SLP-CCC certification (required)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with elementary school age groups preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to travel between multiple school campuses
- Out-of-state candidates welcome
