Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near Santa Rosa, California. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop critical communication and language skills in an engaging, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success
-
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
-
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs are welcome to apply
