A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve elementary students at two school sites in New Britain, CT. The assignment runs from ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY), providing consistent support to a caseload of approximately 30 students. The schedule consists of four days per week, with three days at one school and one day at the other.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification (SLP-CCC preferred).
- Experience working with school-age children in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
Location: New Britain, CT
