Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services tailored to student needs
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain precise documentation and track student progress to inform therapy adjustments
- Support a range of communication challenges to enhance students’ academic and social success
Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CF) status considered for some placements
- Prior school-based experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within multidisciplinary teams
