A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide essential support to K-12 students in a school setting in Citrus Heights, CA. This contract position offers a full semester commitment, with flexibility in start dates and weekly hours to accommodate your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation on student progress.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student development and therapeutic strategies.
Qualifications:
- Must hold valid California State License as an SLP.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working with school-aged children is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Position Details:
- Location: Citrus Heights, CA
- Job Duration: January through June (Full Semester)
- Schedule: 10-15 hours per week, 2-3 days weekly
- Start date and hours may be flexible to suit availability
